Ceffyl Wellness offers a picturesque wellness facility, available for short, mid, and longer term rental.

An indoor, fully heated lounge with HDMI connection capabilities for presentation
Multiple fully equipped bathroom facilities to ensure your attendees feel comfortable
Indoor arena
Beautiful grass area with wooded sections, perfect for tent set-up for larger groups
Multiple photo-op backgrounds
Campgrounds with bathroom facilities for overnight guests and retreats
Lunch stop area to set-up food trucks and other vendors
Horses trained in equine and sound healing practices
Practitioners available for partnership to enhance your events! Experience includes 30+ years of equine experience as well as holistic healing accreditation including Intentional Creativity, Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning, Drum Ceremony, and Registered Therapeutic Counseling.

Our facility has space for large scale outdoor events as well as a camping area including a bathroom for campers. Small forested nooks offer a beautiful landscape for photos.

What you provide
Any enhanced space preparation (eg. tents, decor, food trucks) is your responsibility to set-up and take down ensuring the space is returned to its pre-event state
Event coordination and management outside items directly pertaining to the facility (but don’t worry, we will work with you to ensure all ducks are in a row)
Cost of any permits for your events will be your responsibility

Booking Options
All booking options are for use of space only and do not include additional services.

Includes use of the space for one hour (including arrival, any set-up, and clean-up).
Add $50/hour for use of a horse in your photos (ground only) or $85/hour for mounted photos.
This is for use of the space only and does not include the photographer fee or services. -
This option assumes use of the space for 3-4 hours including arrival, set-up and clean-up. No on-site food service.
We also provide options for a % of ticket sales versus a flat fee. Just ask in your booking inquiry!

This option assumes use of the space for 6-8 hours including arrival, set-up and clean-up. This option permits you to coordinate food trucks and service on site as part of your event.

This can be for an individual stay or a group campout.
For groups, additional charges may be included for services offered as part of the event and your campout can be customized to your liking!

For an additional cost, we have a social media manager and project manager to help ensure your event is a success!
Simply indicate in your intake form what type of support you need, and we will include this in our quote to you!
All event packages are fully customizable and we want to do our part to ensure your event is everything you’d envisioned and more.
