Ceffyl Wellness Centre offers a picturesque wellness facility, with many amenities to enhance your event, including:

  • An indoor, fully heated lounge with screen and HDMI connection compatibility for presentation

  • Multiple fully equipped bathroom facilities to ensure you and your attendees feel comfortable

  • Indoor arena

  • Beautiful grass area with wooded sections, perfect for tent set-up for larger groups

  • Multiple photo-op backgrounds

  • Campgrounds with bathroom facilities for overnight guests and retreats

  • Lunch stop area to set-up food trucks and other vendors

  • Horses trained in equine and sound healing practices

  • Practitioners available for partnership to enhance your events! Experience includes 30+ years of equine experience as well as holistic healing accreditation including Intentional Creativity, Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning, Drum Ceremony, and Registered Therapeutic Counseling.

Our facility has space for large scale outdoor events as well as a camping area including a bathroom for campers. Small forested nooks offer a beautiful landscape for photos.

What we provide

Ceffyl Wellness is an enriching, equine-centered community space.

Our facilities are available to rent for your next equine event.

  • We will ensure the grounds are well maintained and ready for you to set-up your event

  • We offer collaborative opportunities with our practitioners for Facilitated Equine Experiential Learning, Sound Healing, Drum Ceremony, Intentional Creativity workshops and more

  • Well-groomed and social horses for photoshoots, and our horses are available to be used in your equine healing or other sessions

  • In-house social media team to promote your event across our website and social media profiles

What you provide

  • Any enhanced space preparation (eg. tent set-up)

  • Booking of any external vendors (eg. Food truck)

  • Clean-up to return facility to pre-event state

  • Cost of any permits for your events will be your responsibility

  • A commitment to showcase our partnership, and to self-promote your event

  • Maintaining open communication with us regarding your plans, external vendors, participants and anything else relevant to your event

Booking Options

All booking options are for use of space only and do not include additional services.

Add-ons are available and will be included in your quote at your request.

  • Includes use of the space for one hour (including arrival, any set-up, and clean-up).

    Add $50/hour for use of a horse in your photos (ground only).

    This is for use of the space only and does not include the photographer fee or services.

  • This option assumes use of the space for 3-4 hours including arrival, set-up and clean-up. Half day bookings do not permit food truck set-up on-site.

    For use of indoor arena, add $200.

    Use of horses at additional cost.

    We also provide options for a % of ticket sales versus a flat fee. Just ask in your booking inquiry!

  • This option assumes use of the space for 6-8 hours including arrival, set-up and clean-up.

    This option permits you to coordinate food trucks and service on site as part of your event.

    For use of indoor arena, add $200.

    Use of horses at additional cost.

    We also provide options for a % of ticket sales versus a flat fee. Just ask in your booking inquiry!

  • This can be for an individual stay or a group campout.

    Camping is $20/ tent and $10 per person. A clean-up fee of $10 will be added to the overall booking. Maximum capacity: 15 tents/60 people

    Want to make your camping experience extra special? Consider adding a sunrise sound healing with horses session, or fill your day with a guided walk through the facility, learning about the local flora and fauna (Add-ons will be an additional cost and can be requested when making your booking).

For an additional cost, we have a social media manager and project manager available to support you!

Simply indicate in your intake form what type of support you need, and we will include this in our quote to you!

All event packages are fully customizable and we want to do our part to ensure your event is everything you’d envisioned and more.
